Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

SPIINEX Peptides currently ships to all 50 states within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Packaging and Product Integrity

All peptide products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Products are packed with appropriate insulation and cold packs when necessary to maintain temperature stability during transit. Each vial is individually secured to prevent damage.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your Account dashboard. You can track your package at any time by visiting your Order History page.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship your order at no additional cost.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. SPIINEX is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.

International Shipping

At this time, SPIINEX Peptides ships only within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to additional countries. Please check back for updates or contact us for inquiries about international availability.

Auto-Ship Subscriptions

Auto-Ship subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically according to your selected schedule. Shipping charges apply to each shipment based on the rates above. You can modify your shipping address or pause/cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page.
